Payment was easy and pricing was competitive. The popcorn ceiling and vinyl flooring removal was well done and completed a day early with lots of photos. I’d happily hire them again and I certainly recommend them! "

"Safe Asbestos Solutions was on time and very professional. "

"This review has been long delayed due to remodeling and other stuffs. Cesar's team helped us back in June to take care of our living room ceiling, blown-in insulation, and drywall. They were amazing from the beginning to end. They scheduled my project with urgency since we were flying in from out of state. Throughout the projects, they were very communicative. They were ready to tackle issues where they mobilized their resources to make sure the project was done appropriately and timely. At the end of the project, they made sure to provide all the testing results and certificate of completion. Most importantly, they are verifiable on L&I and with no recent violations. The owner really showed that the company cares about their workers which also translate to protection for us as customers. Would recommend Cesar's team! "

"Highly recommend this company. Cesar was fantastic to work with during the removal of my popcorn ceiling texture. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole process easy. The work was completed on schedule and turned out great. "

"I really appreciate Ana, Cesar, and their team for helping us take care of the asbestos in our home. Before reaching out, we were honestly expecting the process to be very expensive based on what we heard from other (unlicensed) contractors. After speaking with Ana and explaining our urgency, she immediately helped us submit the notice to the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and we were able to get approval very quickly, even over the weekend. What impressed me most was her confidence and professionalism. She even moved forward with the process before we had fully committed, which showed how experienced and reliable they are. When the team came onsite, they reassessed the scope and actually lowered the estimate based on the actual square footage. They were very transparent, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the process. The work was completed smoothly, and they provided all the proper documentation, including the Certificate of Completion (COC), lab reports, air clearance reports, and documented waste disposal records. Everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. Asbestos can be stressful to deal with, but Ana, Cesar, and their team made the entire process efficient and reassuring. They are highly professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing asbestos abatement services."
